Job Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic nurse to join a friendly, forward-thinking team looking after 7000 patients. The successful candidate will be flexible, have initiative, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities and Skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, as is the ability to be part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of 3 GPs, 2 ANPs, Practice Nurse, Community Pharmacist, Mental Health Nurse, Advanced Physiotherapist and an admin team.

Requirements

• Two years post registration
• Previous experience in Cervical Cytology and Chronic Disease Management including Diabetes, Asthma, COPD and IHD
• Knowledge of EMIS & Docman IT systems
