Dream Medical are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse for a long term locum placement until April within a friendly GP surgery. You will be working alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and ANPs to deliver an exceptional standard of patient care and support.

Responsibilities

• Asthma reviews
• Baby immunisations
• Diabetes management
• Cytology
• Chronic disease management
• COPD reviews
• Spirometry
• Travel vaccinations
• B12 and other injections
• Care plans for dementia
• Elderly checks
• Basic Practice Nurse duties
• Health promotional advice such as smoking cessation and weight loss advice

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS within 1 year of issue
• Relevant experience and qualifications
• Registered with NMC with a valid PIN
