Riverside Medical Practice.

Riverside Medical Practice is looking for a forward thinking, proactive and highly organised Practice Manager to join our team.

We are a long established rural practice serving approximately 8000 patients. We are a 7 Partner Practice, located within Strabane Health Centre, 1A Upper Main Street, Strabane BT82 8AR.

The role would suit someone looking for their next challenge or someone looking to progress to the next stage of their professional career.

Skills and experience required:

• Relevant Management & Finance qualification Experience in running a busy department, business or practice Excellent verbal and written communication as well as good listening skills Experience and firm knowledge of human resource processes is essential Experience with IT, Finance, planning and organising Respect for confidentiality Conscientious, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy nature Ability to work under pressure and remain positive Ability to motivate a team through periods of change or uncertainty

Hours 37 hours weekly

Salary: Salary starting point £47,000 moving up to £54,000 and the starting point is negotiable depending on work experience etc. The HSC Pension Scheme also applies. Please forward CVs to .
