Role Description

Location: Remote or Sydney-based preferred

ReadiNow is a leading Australian SaaS company that delivers AI-powered, no-code automation for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), operational resilience, and regulatory transformation.

We are looking for a Practice Manager to lead and grow our software consulting delivery team. You'll oversee client engagements end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard. This role blends leadership, client management, and operational oversight.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the consulting delivery team.
• Oversee projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Manage resource planning and utilisation.
• Own practice budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales on Statements of Work and scoping.
• Act as senior client contact and relationship owner.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Promote best practices in delivery tools and governance.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in consulting, tech, or professional services.
• Proven leadership of teams or delivery practices.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies and project accounting.
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, Smartsheet, Jira.
