Practice Lead - Copilot, AI & Power Platform Delivery

Adapt 365 in Aberdeen is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a newly established delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform-led delivery on a major enterprise client. The role offers significant scope to shape delivery practices from the ground up and to influence senior leadership decisions.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage revenue and utilisation, sit on the client steering committee, and lead a team of AI consultants and architects, driving adoption and governance across the
