Practice Educator - Oxford - Full Time - Permanent - Salary range: £33,000 - £40,000.

Job Description: Dream Medical are working with a Private Hospital in Oxford and are looking for a role model that can demonstrate a wide breadth of clinical expertise in the management of patients within a specified clinical area of nursing.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Educator to join a dynamic team. Working at the bedside you will support and develop new members of the nursing and support teams and AHPs, assisting with their induction, competency-based assessments and ongoing professional development. You will also mentor student nurses and support those returning to practice. Duties will include promoting high standards of care and professional development.

You will be a trained mentor with a qualification in Teaching and Assessment and experience in a senior nursing role. This busy hospital provides outpatient and inpatient care for patients undergoing a range of complex surgery, as well as those requiring intervention during their oncology treatment, palliative care and complex medical conditions.
