Our retail client are looking for a PR and Communications assistant to support with daily tasks during the show period.

Responsibilities

• Support PR Assistants with sample trafficking and showroom pulls
• Manage fly-in lists for hotel and car logistics documents
• Coordinate and deliver in-room gifting as required
• Liaise with PR local teams and hotels to ensure smooth guest stays
• Liaise with PR local teams and car companies to ensure smooth guest transport
• Maintain a professional and brand-appropriate approach at all times
• Provide general support to the PR department with daily tasks

Personal Profile

• Background in Marketing or Communications
• Previous experience in events or shows essential
• Experience with car logistics desirable
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Clear communicator with a proactive approach
• Confident with Excel
