PPT Operator

Overview

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a PPT Driver for our client, a Production business based in Hitchin on a temporary to permanent basis.

HOURS: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Salary: Up to £12.90 (Will increase after 12 weeks)

Duties of a PPT Driver

Duties of a PPT Driver:

• Goods in manually picking and moving up to 25kg bags/boxes
• Goods out - PPT licence required
• Picking sales orders (picking full pallets to prepare goods for loading); some manual lifting may be required
• Manually picking works orders (up to 400 bag requirement depending on duties); bags lifters available; picking up to 25kg bags/boxes
• Learning and understanding palletiser; manual lifting may be required (machine operating)
• Booking on pallets - PPT licence required
• Putting away stock
• Attention to detail is essential to control stock accuracy; manual lifting may be required

Personal specification

• A valid A2 License is required and essential
• Applicants must be able to work under pressure
