Job Description
PPC MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Own large-scale paid search accounts, driving performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with brand stakeholders to align on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, FTDs, etc.).
- Lead a team managing cross-platform PPC activity.
- Report on campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable improvements.
- Support seasonal sportsbook and casino campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance and best practices across all paid search efforts.
- Recruit, train, and mentor PPC team members.
- Drive innovation through testing and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven PPC experience (agency or in-house), ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Apple Search Ads, and GA.
- Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
- Team management experience.
- Understanding of PPC within iGaming and customer acquisition journeys.
- Bonus: Experience with YouTube, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
