Working as part of the global technology team with priority given to supporting, implementing and enhancing the business's reporting and automation solutions. This individual will work closely with the system and business process owners, our third-party vendors and the rest of the organisation to evaluate, deploy and integrate new and current systems and services.

Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

SSRS and Power BI report development

Creation of data models from multiple systems

Create, design, and implement automated workflows

Integrate Systems: Leverage Microsoft Business Central to integrate and automate businessprocesses

Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Work closely with the business to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide support post-implementation

Provide and maintain system documentation

Creation and implementation of testing plans

Strive to standardise and introduce economies of repetition / repeatable processes

Ensure compliance with company standards, controls, policies and procedures

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

ETL processes and methodologies

Power Apps / Power Automate

APIs and related data formats (JSON, XML,etc.)

Strong SQL writing skills

Strong understanding of data and data modelling

Experience of developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

Desirable Skills

Microsoft Business Central

Experience of working with ServiceNOW

Experience of working with Azure DevOPS

Experience with Microsoft Fabric
