Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate and analyse supply chain performance and KPI data across multiple functions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel and other reporting platforms
• Deliver trend analysis, root cause investigations and actionable business insights
• Support performance reviews, strategic projects and operational improvement initiatives
• Drive reporting enhancements, automation opportunities and process efficiencies
• Track improvement programme benefits and measure performance outcomes
• Support data governance activities, improving data quality, consistency and integrity
• Contribute to the development of standard KPI frameworks, reporting structures and analytical methodologies

Requirements

• Experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics or Retail environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience supporting operational or strategic decision-making
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical information into clear business recommendations

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and performance improvement frameworks
• Experience developing analytical models and advanced reporting solutions
• Background in Supply Chain Analysis, Business Performance Analysis, Planning Analysis or Operations Analysis
