We're looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI to join a collaborative and forward-thinking data team. You'll design and deliver impactful BI solutions for a diverse client base, translating business challenges into clear insights and driving smarter decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Building and optimising BI solutions using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX
• Developing data models and interactive dashboards that deliver real business impact
• Collaborating with clients to understand needs and design tailored solutions
• Using SQL (and ideally Python/R) to extract, transform and analyse data
• Translating analytical outputs into actionable recommendations
• Contributing ideas for new approaches, tools, and methodologies to improve client outcomes
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with Power BI - including data modelling, DAX and visualisation
• Strong SQL skills; VBA/Python/R experience a bonus
• Commercial understanding of marketing, CRM or digital environments (charity sector knowledge a plus, not essential)
• Ability to think strategically and communicate insights with impact
• A background in a numerical or analytical discipline (degree or equivalent)
• Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
