Rate of Pay: £20.83 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday - 36 hours per week

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills - someone who can turn complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive action. Essential experience includes:

• Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboards, DAX, and data modelling.
• Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into cohesive reporting tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure high-quality reporting.
• Experience engaging stakeholders to assess reporting needs and support business improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Business Improvement Team, you'll:

• Lead the deployment of Power BI across Operational Services, ensuring dashboards are impactful, accessible, and user-friendly.
• Improve data quality and accessibility, identifying inconsistencies and working to resolve them.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards that support both day-to-day management and strategic planning.
• Support business improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer service, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Audit and analyse internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with service areas and corporate teams to ensure insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
