Postdoc: Structural Biology & Cryo-EM of Bacterial Lipid Transport

University of Oxford's Sir William Dunn School of Pathology invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Structural Biology to join Dr Georgia Isom's lab, focusing on sphingolipid transport in Gram-negative bacteria using cryo-EM, native mass spectrometry and proteomics.

You will determine high-resolution cryo-EM structures of sphingolipid transporters, assess transporter interactions, and study sphingolipids' roles in membrane homeostasis and host-pathogen interactions.
