Part-Time Post Office Clerk

Job type: Part time, 16 hours per week. Flexible shifts between 8 am - 8 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, the role involves assisting in the efficient running of the Post Office daily, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers according to company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle and balance cash accurately.
• Complete administration duties as required.
• Provide outstanding customer care.
• Travel to other Post Office branches as necessary.
• Complete other duties as required for the role.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience.
• Previous experience in sales or active selling and achieving sales targets.
• Back office administrative experience.
• Good standard of education (desirable).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Working Hours

Part time, 16 hours per week. Flexible shifts between 8 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Shifts can be discussed further in interview.
