Post Completion Team Supervisor - Real Estate, Belfast
Overview Our client is a National law firm. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Post Completion Team Supervisor to lead a busy Real Estate post-completion team in Belfast. This pivotal role ensures all post-completion matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and client requirements. You will drive operational improvements, deliver exceptional service, and support the growth and development of your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the post-completion team, including registrations, SDLT returns, lender compliance, and all post-property transaction tasks.
- Oversee case allocation, workloads, and performance monitoring to consistently meet deadlines and service standards.
- Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and risk management across the team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SRA and Law Society of Northern Ireland standards, as well as lender and client requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for complex post-completion queries and escalations.
- Collaborate closely with partners, solicitors, and paralegals to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Provide training, mentoring, and regular performance reviews to support team development.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on team performance, compliance, and financial metrics.
- Support firm-wide initiatives, including technology adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement projects.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Law degree required.
- Experience within property law is highly desirable.
- Highly organised and methodical approach to work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and keen to learn and develop.
- Ability to manage a team while also managing personal workload effectively.
