Post Completion Administrator

Role Purpose

The main focus of the role is to ensure all post completion duties are carried out in a timely manner in accordance with set deadlines and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies are met. The role is pivotal in maintaining accurate and efficient transactions, working autonomously in an administrative focussed role providing exceptional levels of customer services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete Land Registry applications and completion of registrations.
• Complete Land Registry requisitions.
• Draft and file SDLT returns including payment of the appropriate fee.
• Carry out process for claiming second home stamp duty refunds.
• Ensuring relevant compliance certificates are received.
• Download lender correspondence including mortgage offers.
• Ensure lender's requirements are noted for post completion obligations.
• Monitor lender exchange and LMS.
• Ensuring accuracy of documentation at all times.
