Post-16 Pastoral Lead: Student Wellbeing & Attainment

Derby Moor Spencer Academy is seeking to appoint an individual to be responsible for the safeguarding, welfare and behaviour of students, promoting positive student attitudes and mutual respect for all members of the school community.

You will provide support and intervention to promote student attainment, attendance and well-being, work as part of a team to uphold school policies, and contribute to a proactive organisational and administrative support framework for Post 16.
