Post-16 Empowerment Coach for Youth

Ngccare is seeking a Post-16 Support Worker in Portsmouth to empower young people aged 16 and over to develop independence, life skills, and the confidence to pursue education, training, and employment opportunities. You will build strong relationships, deliver one-to-one and group support, and coordinate with colleges, employers, and agencies.

The role focuses on goal setting, personal development, and promoting wellbeing while safeguarding and reporting concerns as required.
