Position F159: Project Architect - Delivery

Formation Architects seek suitably qualified candidates to work in their London office on the delivery of major projects, consisting of multi-unit residential and mixed-use buildings, from Stage 3 onwards.

The qualifications for this position are as follows:

• 3 to 8 years' experience post RIBA Part III or equivalent
• Experience of having run delivery packages.
• Good working knowledge and experience of Building Regulations in England.
• Relevant experience in the UK residential and mixed-use sectors.
• Good Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of detailing
• Confident communicator: Good client and design team facing communication skills and the ability to run meetings.
• Flexible and committed attitude to work.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Punctual and able to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Able to organise and complete work to set deadlines.
