Job Description

Propel is seeking a senior Portfolio Performance Analyst to monitor and improve credit portfolio performance within a responsible lending framework. You will partner with Risk Strategy, Commercial, Compliance, IT and Finance to deliver data-driven changes into production.

You will lead analytics reporting, develop governance-ready metrics and mentor a team of analysts to build stronger analytical capability, supporting growth and better customer outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.
