JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Associate supports all aspects of portfolio management, including allocation decisions, hold-sell decisions, financings, equity raising, and relationship management.
The Portfolio Management team plays a key role in value creation for institutional partners and internal business units through collaboration with stakeholders on allocation, financing, disposition, and structuring decisions. The team also maintains relationships with external investors to align on venture targets.
This role involves supporting investment and portfolio activities through research, modeling, and analysis, as well as preparing performance reports for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare financial models supporting portfolio decisions such as acquisitions, hold-sell, and financing;
- Assess portfolio performance against budgets and identify opportunities or issues;
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor investments and support strategic objectives;
- Prepare presentation materials for internal committees and investors;
- Assist in new venture formation, including modeling and legal documentation;
- Support annual rent and budget processes;
- Improve reporting systems and data management;
- Support the integration of new assets and portfolios;
- Complete various reports and analyses to support business plans.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Degree in finance, business, real estate, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, science, or engineering (2:1 or above);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced level);
Experience & Skills

- Experience in analytical roles within investment banking, private equity, or related finance sectors;
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analysis skills;
- Excellent research and presentation skills;
- Highly detail-oriented and numerate;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Organized, able to meet deadlines under pressure;
- Commercially minded with a problem-solving attitude;
- Team player with adaptability and collaborative spirit;
- Interest in real estate.
Desirable:
- Experience in the real estate sector;
- Experience with residential projects;
- Fluency in a European language.
