• Luggage service during check-in and check-out

• Cloakroom service

• Parking of guest vehicles (garage/parking area)

• Guest transfers within the Gstaad-Saanenland region

• Cleaning of hotel vehicles as well as guests' vehicles

• Handling of postal services

• General guest services

• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entrance area and driveway

• Compliance with hotel-specific quality standards
