We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Port Agency Manager to lead the delivery of Osprey's Port Services capability, combining port agency, marine operations, and project delivery services. Acting as a key interface between clients, project teams, port authorities, and marine service providers, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and commercially successful execution of port and marine activities from tendering and mobilisation through to delivery. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive operational performance, manage suppliers and project risks, and support the growth and continuous improvement of Osprey's Port Services offering.

What You'll do
Lead the development and delivery of Osprey's Port Services capability across port agency, marine operations, and project activities.
Take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and commercially effective planning and execution of port and marine service operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, port authorities, marine service providers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and implement project-specific port and marine operational plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives , and regulatory obligations.
Coordinate the mobilisation and management of vessels, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors required for successful project delivery.
Identify , assess, and manage operational, commercial, marine, and safety risks to protect project outcomes and business performance.
Manage project budgets, operational expenditure, and supplier costs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ports, terminal operators, vessel owners, and marine contractors to support successful project delivery and business growth.
Support business development activities by providing operational expertise for bids, proposals, tenders, and new service opportunities.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in port operations, marine services, port agency, project delivery, or a related maritime environment.
Strong understanding of port and marine operations, including vessel coordination, logistics planning, subcontractor management, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to lead the safe and efficient delivery of operational activities while balancing commercial and client requirements.
Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, supplier costs, contracts, and operational performance to deliver value and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders, including clients, port authorities, terminal operators, vessel owners, contractors, and service providers.
Strong knowledge of relevant marine, port, health and safety, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience supporting project development, tendering, mobilisation, and operational delivery within complex project environments.
