Population Health & Quality Lead: Data-Driven Care & Growth

NMAC is seeking a Population Health & Quality Manager to lead health informatics, patient activation and quality/compliance functions. The role drives data-informed actions, close care gaps and improve patient engagement while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

As a senior leader, you will oversee teams, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Clinical Services and Bermuda Country Manager to align strategy with operational performance.
