Pool & Leisure Supervisor Events & Safety

Hoburne Ltd is seeking a Leisure Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our leisure facilities in New Milton, England. You will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards in the pool area, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will hold a NPLQ or STA qualification with at least 2 years of poolside experience. This is a full-time role demanding flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
