Everyone is welcome, without distinction of origin, gender, disability, or age.Job Description:On behalf of one of our clients, an industrial company specialized in the production of high-precision parts and located on the Neuchâtel coast, we are looking for an experienced CNC Polymachinist, specialized in 3 to 5 axis milling and/or CNC turning, with skills in CAD/CAM (Mastercam).Responsibilities:• Perform 3 to 5 axis milling and CNC turning of single parts and small series on CNC machines• Ensure the setup and execution of machining using CAD/CAM (Mastercam)• Conduct quality control and ensure the compliance of the produced parts• Monitor the adherence to production deadlines and quality requirements• Maintain production equipment and tools• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of machining processesJob Requirements:• CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in polymachinics or an equivalent title• Confirmed experience in machining, notably in CNC milling and/or CNC turning• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam)• Excellent skills in reading plans and dimensional control• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team• Aptitude to work autonomously, proactively, and with rigor• Strong sense of quality and respect for deadlines• Work in a team schedule of 2x8, from Monday to Friday (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM) jidd6ad0daaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
