Polisher / Lathe Operator

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Polishers, or candidates with some experience operating a lathe, to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polishing metal components to a high-quality finish
• Operating lathe machines (where experience applies)
• Preparing parts for polishing and finishing processes
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Using hand tools and polishing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in polishing or lathe operation (essential for experienced candidates)
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and ability to meet production targets
• Willingness to learn and develop new skill
