Policy & Engagement Lead: Police Integrity & Reform

Metropolitan Police is seeking a Policy & Engagement Lead (Professionalism) to drive policy development on misconduct, vetting and integrity, based in Westminster. You will lead a growing team within the Professionalism directorate and collaborate with internal strategy and external partners to advance reform.

You will advise senior leaders, coordinate policy positions, and manage cross-agency engagement to improve police integrity and public trust, with a fast-paced, high-responsibility remit.
