Policy Analyst, Trust & Safety - Shape Safer Platforms

Match Group is seeking a Policy Analyst to join the Trust & Safety Policy Team in Dublin. You will execute operational activities across workstreams, conduct research and analysis, draft and implement guidance updates, and support agents, training, and quality teams with policy expertise.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage feedback, and help maintain policy integrity across the Match Group portfolio, including Tinder, Hinge, and OkCupid.
