PMO Manager

We're seeking a hands on PMO Manager to lead project governance, uplift capability and oversee a diverse portfolio of digital, systems and infrastructure initiatives.

This role is central to ensuring safe, reliable and resident centered outcomes across our organisation.

You'll build and embed consistent project management frameworks, improve delivery quality, and provide clear oversight of major transformation projects. Your leadership will help teams deliver change confidently and responsibly, supporting our purpose of delivering exceptional care for meaningful ageing.

• Lead and embed PMO frameworks, tools and delivery standards
• Oversee digital, systems and infrastructure projects from planning through to execution
• Monitor project and portfolio performance, risks, budgets and milestones
• Provide clear, concise reporting and insights to senior leaders
• Coach project managers and uplift delivery capability across the organisation
• Build strong relationships across IT, operations, clinical teams and external partner
• Drive continuous improvement in project maturity, governance and reporting
• Support safe work practices and contribute to a positive, values driven culture

• Relevant project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
• Experience delivering large, complex digital and infrastructure projects.
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance capability.
• Proven ability to manage significant project budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coach teams, influence leaders and drive adoption of PMO standards.
• Strategic thinking with strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel to aged care facilities as required.
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
