We use proven technology, specialist teams and domain expertise to build solid technical foundations across platforms, data, and business applications. We have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, working in partnership with our clients to help in achieving their goals.

About the Role

As a PMO Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex programmes within the energy sector. Sitting at the heart of the project environment, you'll help ensure that governance, reporting, and coordination activities run smoothly - enabling project teams to stay aligned, informed, and on track.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their PMO or project career who enjoys organisation, working with data, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll gain exposure to programme performance, planning, and delivery, with the opportunity to develop your analytical skills and grow within a structured PMO environment.

Working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams, you'll contribute to maintaining high standards across reporting, governance, and project controls - helping drive consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement.

As a PMO Coordinator, you will:
  • Support day-to-day PMO activities including collation of RAID logs, resource data, planning updates, and management information
  • Provide secretariat support for project and programme meetings, including scheduling, minute taking, and tracking actions
  • Assist in the production and consolidation of reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Support project planning and scheduling activities, tracking progress against milestones and highlighting any risks or issues
  • Produce regular project updates and status reports for stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are tracked
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring governance standards are met
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide analytical support across project activities, helping identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with PMO processes, methodologies, and organisational standards
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a PMO, project support, or administrative role within a project environment
  • Understanding of PMO processes, governance, and project lifecycles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in reporting and documentation
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / M365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify risks, gaps, or improvements early
  • Experience supporting meetings, workshops, and stakeholder coordination
  • Awareness of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMBOK
Desirable
  • Experience working within a formal PMO environment
  • Exposure to PPM tools such as ServiceNow SPM or similar
  • Experience within the energy or utilities sector
