PMO Admin - Contract - Digiterre

The Role:
We are seeking a PMO Admin to support our client projects and coordinate with our consultancy's sales and delivery teams.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the PMO Admin plays a vital role within the Project Management Office (PMO), bridging operational oversight and daily project activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, update reports for data insights, and help ensure successful project delivery. You will be the primary contact for project administration, collaborating with engagement and delivery leads.
Ideal candidates will have foundational PMO skills, excellent communication abilities, and comfort managing multiple tasks. A team-oriented, problem-solving attitude is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across teams to align goals, resources, and priorities with business objectives.
- Standardisation and Best Practices: Maintain consistent processes, tools, and standards across the PMO.
- Project Support: Assist in project setup, monitoring, and onboarding activities for clients and consultants. Support the Senior PMO Analyst in guiding project managers to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Track resource availability and allocations, maintaining accurate records.
- Risk and Issue Management: Help identify, assess, and mitigate risks, maintaining risk registers and supporting issue resolution.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Generate reports on project costs, resources, and key metrics. Assist in analyzing data to identify improvement areas.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project documentation meets quality standards. Conduct quarterly reviews of documentation repositories.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize PMO processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications include a good understanding of project coordination in the software services sector, familiarity with software development practices, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
