About the role:

At InPost, we are looking for two exceptional PM Warehouse Sortation Supervisors to join our team and help drive operational excellence in our parcel sortation operations. As a key member of the team, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize mechanical sortation processes, and lead a talented team towards achieving outstanding results.

Shift Pattern: 4on 4off

Hours: 14:00 - 23:30

Salary: £30,000 - £33,600 per annum depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

• Leading Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution across all activities and departments.
• Driving High Performance: Develop strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency. Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Mastering Warehouse Flow: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels.
• Empowering Your Team: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performance warehouse team. Provide mentorship and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
• Ensuring Consistency: Enforce SOPs to maintain operational consistency, efficiency, and quality.
• Prioritizing Safety: Focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance and a safe work environment.
• Managing the OLA Shift: Oversee all aspects of the OLA shift to ensure productivity.
• Managing Driver Briefings: Oversee driver pre- and de-briefings for clear communication.
• Maintaining a Top-Tier Warehouse Environment: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Upholding Company Standards: Enforce policies and procedures to ensure high standards and integrity.
• Weekend Engagement: Participate in weekend conference calls to stay aligned with operational priorities.

What we need from you:

• Proven Leadership: Experience in a supervisory role within logistics or parcel sortation, with knowledge of automated systems.
• Operational Expertise: Strong background in warehouse management and process optimization.
