Essential Criteria

• Must be a qualified and experienced Plumber.
• Must be 'Gas Safe' registered.
• Experience of training Apprentices / colleagues is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

Duties include

• Deliver Plumbing qualifications, primarily Level 1, across practical and theoretical competencies.
• The successful candidate may also be expected to deliver additional Construction based courses.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Embedding of Maths, English and ICT in to delivery.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs
• Provide support on internal verification processes as required.
