The ideal candidate will have a strong Plumbing and Heating industry background alongside experience in lecturing, training, or assessing apprentices. You will also hold a recognised teaching or assessing qualification.

In this role you will deliver both classroom and workshop based training, assess student progress, support apprentices throughout their learning journey, and work closely with employers to ensure training meets current industry standards.

The Role

• Delivering and assessing Plumbing and Heating training
• Supporting apprentices through their learning and development
• Working with small class sizes to ensure high quality training
• Monday to Friday role with a strong focus on learner success

The Person

• Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
• Experience in lecturing, training or assessing apprentices or learners
• Must hold a teaching or assessing qualification
• Passionate about developing the next generation of plumbers and heating engineers
