Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Location: Oxfordshire & surrounding areas
Salary: up to £42,000 + Van + Pension + Training

We're representing a leading renewable heating specialist that designs and installs high-end systems for bespoke, self-build, and eco-conscious residential projects across Oxfordshire.

This is an opportunity to work on technically interesting projects where attention to detail truly matters. Every installation contributes to reducing carbon emissions and creating efficient, future-ready homes - and you'll play a key part in that mission.

You'll be installing, commissioning, and maintaining a variety of plumbing and heating systems, including:

• 1st & 2nd fix plumbing installations
• Underfloor heating systems (UFH)
• Plant room builds and integrations
• Air Source & Ground Source Heat Pumps (ASHP & GSHP)
• Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems

Each project is unique - you'll work closely with designers, engineers, and site teams to deliver installations that combine craftsmanship with cutting-edge renewable technology.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing and heating (residential or self-build projects ideal)
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, detailed work
• Strong understanding of ASHP, GSHP, and MVHR systems
• A methodical, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a small, collaborative team
