Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Technician Skills Coach in Plumbing and Gas to join the Apprenticeship Department at the Slough & Langley College campuses on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves coaching learners to develop skills and behaviours, guiding them toward successful end point assessments.

You will manage a caseload, conduct regular progress reviews and use e-portfolios and Teams to track learning, while ensuring compliance with funding and audit requirements.
