About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Plumber to service a major Irish financial institution across multiple commercial sites based in South Dublin. In this role, you will:

• Respond to plumbing faults and carry out reactive repairs across the client's portfolio of buildings
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, heating systems, water services, and general building services
• Ensure all plumbing works meet industry safety standards, statutory regulations, and client compliance requirements
• Support the client's facilities and engineering teams in resolving more complex plumbing or building service issues
• Travel between sites as required, providing high-quality service and maintaining a strong client-focused approach
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and completed repairs

What You'll Need

• Fully qualified Plumber
• Full, clean driver's licence
• Strong experience in plumbing maintenance or facilities management on large commercial sites
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems, heating, water distribution, and sanitary services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining safety standards
