Plumber

Role Overview:

We are recruiting for a Plumber to work on our NIHE Heating Installation contract. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure the successful installation a new heating system to a property, including oil to gas conversions and boiler replacements and is based out of our Draperstown Depot.

Reports to: Foreman

Direct Reports: N/A

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 7am to 4.30 pm Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:

Job roles will include but are not limited to:

• Installing both oil and gas heating systems into domestic properties General duties related to housing maintenance and installations Ability to fault find and problem solve

• Work within Safe Working Practices adhering to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies and guidelines at all times Work as part of an efficient and professional team

Personnel Specification:

Essential Criteria:

• NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or be a time served Plumber Have recent domestic experience.

Have a Full Driving Licence

Desirable Criteria:

• OFTEC or Gas Safe qualification A valid CSR card Previous social housing experience
