We're looking for a Plumber (Mechanical Bias) to join our team on a static site in Central London , delivering high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across a prestigious contract. Location: Central London (Static Site)

This is a hands-on role for a plumbing-biased engineer who's confident working across multiple disciplines. You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, supporting minor works, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

  • Deliver M&E PPM and minor works to a high standard.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team and client.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Salisbury standards.
  • Keep clients and colleagues informed with regular updates.
  • Accurately record work using the Maximo CAFM system via tablet.
  • Liaise with account coordinators, management, and subcontractors.
  • Take ownership of the site and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and support emergency call-outs when required.

About You

Qualifications:
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience with building services plant and HVAC systems
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar multi-discipline environment
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo) and smartphone-based work management
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently
  • Comfortable turning your hand to a wide range of building maintenance tasks
