Job Title: PL/SQL Developer
Location: Geneva, Switzerland (office-based, 1 day remote/week)
Employment: Full-time

About the Company
Our client is a global leader in the energy & commodities sector, operating in over 40 countries and managing its own proprietary Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) system" the backbone of its trading, risk, and invoicing processes.
Your Role
As part of the CTRM team in Geneva, you will:
Design and implement new PL/SQL features to support evolving business requirements
Partner with traders, middle-office, and finance users to gather and prioritize requirements
Maintain and optimize both existing modules and those you develop
Provide day-to-day application support and user training
Contribute to diverse projects such as cash-flow modelling, complex options valuation engines, and post-acquisition system integrations
What We're Looking For
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Strong data modelling skills and SQL proficiency
Minimum 3 years' experience as a database engineer or user-facing DB developer
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive, user-oriented "make it work" attitude; comfortable with daily release cycles
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on PL/SQL or T-SQL experience; Oracle Forms Builder a plus
Background in commodities trading or financial services
Familiarity with C#, C++ or Python
French language skills
