Plot Sales Conveyancer: Transactions & Compliance

Taylor Wimpey in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced professional to manage day-to-day plot sale transactions across allocated regional Business Units. You will liaise with Sales and Technical teams, oversee the conveyancing process from draft packs to completion, and produce accurate reports while pursuing targets.

The role emphasizes high-volume handling, compliance with schemes, and development of process improvements. You will be supported by the Divisional Legal Manager.
