PLM Trainer - Siemens NX Manufacturing

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced PLM Trainers to deliver Siemens NX Manufacturing training as part of our client's capability-building program in Derbyshire, UK.

As a PLM Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching engineers and technical professionals how to effectively use Siemens NX tools in product design, manufacturing, and life cycle management, particularly within aerospace, automotive, and industrial engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based, face-to-face training on Siemens NX Manufacturing modules.
• Tailor training methods to suit participants' skill levels and technical backgrounds.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and exercises.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and assessments to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Provide post-training mentoring and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with client teams to align training outcomes with business goals.
• Track feedback, report training results, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a PLM Trainer, with strong expertise in Siemens NX Manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of PLM concepts, CAD/CAM/CAE, and NX Manufacturing tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience delivering training in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing sectors (preferred).
