PlayLeader at Grundy ParkPlay

We are looking for brilliant local people to support ParkPlay in Cheshunt which launched in July 2025.

PlayLeaders:

• Set up ParkPlay before ParkPlayers arrive
• Lead games and keep the buzz going
• Build relationships with ParkPlayers
• Welcome ParkPlayers to ParkPlay
• Make sure everyone is included and involved
• Scan ParkPlay Passes and report any accidents.

We will provide:

• Full support and training, including an enhanced DBS, first aid qualification, safeguarding, tech, safety and promotion.
• Access to our PlayLeader digital community with over 200 members.
• Guides, support on Saturdays, monthly newsletter of ideas and top tips.

ParkPlay is building happier, healthier communities through the life-changing power of play. It is free games and activities every week. Moving and playing games together. All generations welcome. A safe, welcoming and inclusive way to connect and have fun.
