Job Description

Jisc is seeking a Platform Reliability & Release Manager to own the stability and performance of its Digital Experience Platform, built on Salesforce, MuleSoft and Copado. You'll lead release management, drive automation and ensure secure, scalable services across environments.

You'll collaborate with engineering, security and operations, champion best practices, and guide teams through complex deployments while advancing continuous improvement and operational excellence.
