Platform Engineer (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems that meet the needs of our clients
• Collaborate with project managers and software engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
• Continuously improve processes and tools to increase efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in platform engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/delivery
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
