Position Summary

As a Platform Engineer, you'll use your technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain robust platforms that support our mission of improving lives. You'll collaborate with cross functional teams, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure platforms to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance platform performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for platform architecture, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to drive innovation.
Basic Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in platform engineering or a similar technical role.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualification
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Certification in platform engineering.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.

This role is based in the United Kingdom at Barnard Castle.
