• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, bonding, patch repairs, rendering, and dry-lining.

• Prepare and finish surfaces to the highest standard, ensuring smooth and even finishes.

• Assess and repair damaged plasterwork in occupied and void properties.

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Liaise with tenants and team members to complete jobs with minimal disruption.

• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company standards.

• Proven experience as a plasterer within housing maintenance or construction.

• Strong knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials.

• Good attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

• Competitive hourly rate of £16 to £18 per hour.
