Plants Supervisor - Outdoor Horticulture Lead

Longacres Garden Centre is seeking a Plants and Shrubs Supervisor to help manage a large variety of plants and shrubs in our Bagshot store. You will care for the plants, keep the area tidy and share knowledge with customers while supporting the manager in coordinating the team.

The role requires at least 3 years in horticulture, previous supervisory experience, and a friendly, proactive approach. We offer 28 days holiday, free onsite parking, and training and development within a supportive team.
